FS#4 - Improve the VST-list management

Improve the VST-list management:

  • open/save
  • xml versionning
  • sort VST name
  • edit VST name edit Preset name
  • Save all parameters.
  • Show VST plugin folder, and other informations.

Implemented in revision 103, except vst/preset sorting.

Xml versioning added at revision 41, as attributes major/minor/revision_number on the xml root element "vpg_vst_list".
Hence the first version to contain this feature will be the 0.2.7.

Following features are implemented at revision 94:

  • save all paramaters
  • show VST folder/information
  • edit Preset name
  • open/save vpg file with the new structure

The only missing feature is to be able to sort the VST name, it may be postponed to later release.
